Built to be checked

If the system cannot explain a trade, it should not place it.

Risk before execution

Before an order can move forward, Cactus AI checks the size, exposure, stop, target, and exchange rules.

You can follow every decision

See what the engine saw, why a setup qualified, which checks passed, and what happened after the trade opened.

The backtest uses the same logic

Research and live trading share strategy logic, sizing, and fees. The test is closer to the system you actually run.

Everything in one place

Follow each trade from the first signal to the final review.

Run Binance crypto and OANDA forex without losing sight of how a decision was made. Analysis, approval, risk, execution, and review each have a clear place.

Privacy policy

Your data is part of your setup, not the product.

This is the plain-language version of how the current Cactus AI application handles data. Because the platform is self-hosted, the person or company operating the server is responsible for that deployment and its database.

01 · Account

Information you provide

Cactus AI stores your username, a password hash, and any optional name or email you add. If you use Google or Apple sign-in, it also stores the provider identity and email returned during sign-in.

02 · Activity

Trading and research records

The application stores settings, strategies, trades, decisions, backtests, research, notifications, and audit records so the product can work and show you what happened.

03 · Credentials

Broker access

Binance and OANDA credentials are stored encrypted. The application does not display the original secrets after they are saved. You can replace or remove them from the settings area.

04 · Browser

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect social sign-in. Browser storage remembers onboarding progress, your selected market, and interface preferences. The landing page also requests font files from Google Fonts.

05 · Providers

When data leaves the server

Data is sent to a connected service when you ask Cactus AI to use it. This can include sign-in providers, brokers, market-data services, or a configured reasoning provider. Their own privacy terms also apply.

06 · Control

Your choices

You can update profile details, remove broker credentials, or permanently delete your account from Account settings. Account deletion stops the trading engines and removes the records owned by that account.
